S+ U.S. Department of Housing Competition

Competition: 2nd prize.

This year’s competition partnered with Atlanta Housing around the Civic Center site: a 14 acres land, the largest site in the competition’s history. Out of 28 teams our team (Berkeley) was selected to advance to the finals. I designed the whole proposal for Atlanta's Civic Center. The jury highlighted the innovative approach to low-scale density through the design of three-story townhome typologies combined with mid-rise buildings with a holistic design full of green spaces and meeting places.
