The development includes the renovation of 85 existing units, the construction of 17 ADUs, and 4 single-family homes with private parking and gardens. The Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) were conceived as small-scale solutions designed to increase density and affordability within existing single-family neighborhoods.
